INTRO TO FINGERPICKING, UKULELE STYLE!
In this 3-part introductory fingerpicking series, you'll learn fingerpicking basics and patterns that you can apply to many songs in many genres, including bluegrass, classical, and Celtic. It's a great way to add sparkle to your playing and build a foundation for playing melodic runs up and down the neck. Sound too technical? It's not at all! It's both meditative and energetic and you'll be doodling away in no time!
It'll help if you can move with relative ease among at least the basic chords, including A, Am, C, D, Dm, D7, E7, F, G, and G7, and have a relatively steady strum.
NOTE: We don't cover baritone chords in this class and it's geared for high-G tunings, but the basic principles apply to all instruments. Geared for adults ages 18+.
