Song Sheets

Song Key: Many (but not all) songs in this list are NOT in the original key. I choose keys that are easier for beginners to play AND that fit my vocal range so I can lead them. If you need to change the key to fit your vocal range or chord choice, it's easy to do with this fabulous tool.

Authorship: Older songs are hard to track down. A designation of "Traditional" here means that, as far as I can find, the song is in the public domain and authorship is not known or is disputed "Away in a Manger" is a great example of this.
Listings:

  • Order of information: Song title - Key - Artist/s I based my version on - Songwriter/s Year written or published (as close as I can determine).

  • Songs beginning with the word "The" are listed alphabetically under the second word of the title.

  • Song titles beginning with a number are alphabetized under the spelling of that number.

Shenanigan Song Packet: Here is the latest collection of songs I draw from when I'm leading a jam session. Feel free to download it so you have it with you so you can join in the fun! Shenanigan Song Packet (5mb PDF)
