Annual Christmas Song Tune-Up - What's your favorite holiday song? If your answer is "all of 'em," then this 3-week online class is for you. Join Rebecca Padula and me and we'll sing and laugh and explore some of the techniques and chords that will help get these songs well in hand in time for holiday gatherings. This class is geared for adults 18+ who have a relatively steady strum and can get to most of the following basic chords with relative ease: A, Am, A7, C, C7, D, Dm, D7, Em, E7, F, G, G7. This is not a class for people who have never played before. If you have any questions about whether this class is for you, shoot me an email and let's chat. NOTE: This class is geared for adults 18+. We don't cover baritone chords, but many of the techniques translate well to baritones. You'll need to be able to translate regular uke chords to bari chords on your own from the song sheets provided with class. Are you a lefty? Email me for some tips on how to shine as a lefty!
WHEN: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m., November 19, 26, Dec. 3 (power outage make-up class 12/10)
Class will be recorded and available to students for at least 1 year

Class: Ukulele Level 2 Skillbuilder This 4-week course is where your playing takes flight: In this fun class, we'll reinforce those basic ukulele chords and strums and explore fresh territory. We'll learn how to use strumming patterns to add texture to songs. We'll smooth out chord transitions and work on timing and other ways of bringing more musicality into your playing. Bring your questions and quandaries and we'll take 'em on! We'll practice jamming together so you'll be ready to play well with others. This class is geared for adults age 18+. Baritone ukulele chords are not covered in this class, but many techniques are easily translatable, as long as you can translate regular ukulele chords into baritone chords. Questions?
